In 2023 I transitioned into the mortgage world to become dual licensed as a Mortgage Broker. Astonishingly, despite the high interest rates I have originated over 75 loans and counting. Many of my loans came from very experienced investors. Adding this skill set gives me a competitive advantage in negotiations and an enormous advantage in carrying out my fiduciary duties. The mortgage knowledge & experience saved my buyers immense amounts of money. I want to empower Agents and consumers to do the same.
